What is Chemistry?

Chemistry helps us understand the world around us and has many uses in medicine, environmental science, technology, and more. Students learn through both reading and lab work to discover how chemicals and reactions shape our world.

Chemistry Degrees

This degree gives you two full years of chemistry, math, and physics and prepares you to transfer to a CSU campus. It also provides skills for local lab technician jobs.

This degree is designed for students who plan to transfer to a UC campus or another four-year university to major in Chemistry. It offers strong preparation in chemistry, math, and physics.
